Server log files
Our hosting provider records the data your browser transmits automatically when a page is requested: the page requested, the time, the amount of data transferred, the browser and operating system, and the IP address. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is not merged with other sources and is deleted after a short period.
Host: STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. The servers are located in Germany; no transfer to a third country takes place for this.
Fonts
The typefaces are downloaded at build time and served from this website's own server. No request reaches Google when you visit, and no data is transmitted there.
Google Maps, only after a click
The map on the contact section is not loaded until you click it. The preview you see beforehand is an image stored on our own server, generated from OpenStreetMap data. Only when you click "Load the map" is a connection made to Google, which transmits your IP address and may set cookies. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Appointment requests through the form
When you send the "Request an appointment" form we process the details you enter: name and telephone number are required; email address, preferred treatment, duration, preferred time and your message are optional. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, since the processing serves the initiation of a treatment.
The details are transmitted by email to our mailbox at info@homesabay.de and dealt with there. The email is sent through the mail server of our provider Strato. The data is not stored in a database on this website and is not used for advertising. We delete the enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Please do not enter health data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR in the message field: no diagnoses, medication or medical reports. For arranging an appointment it is enough to say where it currently hurts.

If you call or write to us, we process the details you provide in order to deal with your enquiry, under Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
Measurement, only with your consent
We would like to see how our site is used and whether an advert led to an appointment request. For that we load three services through Google Tag Manager: Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity. None of these three runs before you click "Accept" in the notice at the bottom of the page. If you decline, or make no choice, no cookies are set and nothing is transmitted to Google Analytics, Google Ads or Microsoft Clarity. The site works fully either way.
Google Tag Manager itself is loaded on every page. It is the technical administration of these services, sets no cookies of its own, and starts none of the three without your consent. Loading it does, for technical reasons, transmit your IP address to Google. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics produces statistics on which pages are opened, how long visitors stay and how they found us. Google Ads conversion tracking reports to Google that an enquiry was made, so we can judge whether an advert worked. The provider of both is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Microsoft Clarity records how the site is operated, meaning mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, and turns that into heatmaps and session replays. We use it to find pages that are confusing. The provider is Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA; in Europe Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. This involves a transfer to the USA.
After your consent, cookies are set and data is transmitted to Google and Microsoft, including your IP address, the pages you open and the fact that you submitted the form. This involves a transfer to the USA, which is not regarded as offering data protection equivalent to the EU. The only legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Delete this site's website data in your browser and the question will appear again, so you can decline.
External links
This website links to external pages, for example the Google Business Profile and social networks. Once you follow such a link, this privacy notice no longer applies and the privacy notice of the provider concerned takes over.
Your rights
You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to object to processing and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. For Bavaria this is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
