In foot reflexology we work with thumbs and knuckles on individual points on the sole, the top of the foot and the lower leg. In the Thai tradition these zones are mapped to areas of the body. Whether or not you follow that mapping, a firm foot massage after a long day standing is an experience in its own right.
The good part: you take off nothing but your shoes and socks. You sit or lie comfortably and everything else stays on, which is why the half hour is the popular one here. It fits in between other things.
Some points are noticeably more tender than others, especially at the start, and that usually eases as the treatment goes on. If it gets to be too much, say so and we'll ease off.
Foot Reflexology near you: the studio is in Augsburg-Kriegshaber, Ulmer Str. 153, with parking in front of the building, and easy to reach from Oberhausen, Pfersee, Neusäß, Stadtbergen, Göggingen, Lechhausen, Meitingen and Mering.
HomeSabay Thai-Wellness Massage is a wellness studio. Our treatments are for relaxation and are not medical treatment. If you have symptoms or a condition, please speak to your doctor first.
We'll get back to you as quickly as we can (Mon–Sat, 10am to 7pm).
Only shoes and socks. You sit or lie comfortably and everything else stays on. That is why the half hour for €30 fits in so easily.
Some points are noticeably more sensitive than others at first. That usually eases as the treatment goes on. If it gets too much, say so and we reduce the pressure.
With athlete's foot, open skin, fresh wounds or inflammation on the foot, and with thrombosis or vein conditions. With diabetes affecting the nerves in the feet, please check with your doctor first.
